A confirmation statement is an annual filing with Companies House confirming that key details about your company, such as directors, registered office, and shareholders, are accurate and up to date, rather than a financial document. It's due at least once every 12 months, with a small filing fee, and is separate from your annual accounts and Corporation Tax return, which have their own deadlines.
